Financial Aid
St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s strives to meet the needs of our accepted applicants requesting financial aid. Since its founding in 1950, St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s stated mission has been to enroll students who represent a wide range of backgrounds. Our financial aid program assists qualified children who might not otherwise have access to an independent school education.
The significant competition for financial aid funding makes it critical that families submit all requested materials in a timely manner. Financial aid is open to all students in nursery-grade 8. Beginners applicants are not eligible to apply. Financial aid is also available for our After School Program and for St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s camps. We regret that we are unable to offer financial aid to all families who qualify.
Tuition and Data Services (TADS)
St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s works with TADS (Tuition Aid Data Services) to handle all financial aid applications. We hope that your experience with them will be manageable, convenient, and pleasant. You will be guided through the process directly by the TADS counselors who will be your primary contacts for all financial aid questions. It is important to note that final decisions regarding financial aid awards will be handled by the St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s Financial Aid Committee. Applying for Financial Aid
Families will be able to apply for financial aid through TADS on September 18. You may complete the TADS Financial Aid Application Worksheet for the 2025-2026 school year, which will help you gather all necessary financial aid information required for the TADS online application. Visit www.mytads.com to get started.
Please use the information on your TADS Worksheet to help complete this online application. Please note that any tax documents (such as a 1040 and/or W2/1099 form) and other requested supporting documents must be submitted to TADS during this time. You may fax your supporting application documents to (612) 548-3326 or upload them through their website portal.
All online applications and supporting documents must be submitted to TADS by this date. Applications submitted after December 15 may not be considered for review by the Financial Aid Committee for the 2025-2026 academic year. Please contact the admission office to request an extension or a late application.
